CANCELLATION  POLICY

Introduction


At Indian Combat Sports Academy (ICSA), we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancelling memberships, personal training sessions, and event registrations.


Memberships

  • Memberships (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual) cannot be cancelled once purchased.

  • Members who cannot continue training due to medical conditions or relocation outside Bangalore may request for membership pause/freeze, subject to management approval and supporting documentation.

  • In such cases, management may allow a membership freeze or pro-rata adjustment, as per discretion.


Personal Training Sessions


  • Personal training sessions may be rescheduled if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be considered as utilized and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Packages, once booked, are non-cancellable and non-refundable.


Event Registrations (Tournaments, Camps, Workshops)


  • Event registration fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.

  • If ICSA cancels or postpones an event, participants will receive either a 100% refund or the option to transfer registration to the next scheduled event.


Trial Classes

  • Trial class bookings are non-cancellable. Fees paid (if any) are non-refundable.


Processing of Cancellations


  • Any approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Payment gateway and processing charges are non-refundable.
