REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all memberships, training packages, and event registrations at Indian Combat Sports Academy (ICSA).
By enrolling with ICSA, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ICSA reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time without prior notice.


Refund Policy – The Basics

  • Membership Fees: Non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.

  • Event Registrations: Non-refundable after confirmation.

  • Personal Training: Non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice (subject to trainer availability).

  • Trial Classes: Non-refundable.

  • Exceptions: In rare cases such as medical emergencies (with valid proof) or relocation outside Bangalore, management may consider for membership freezes.


What’s Covered in Our Refund Policy


1. Membership Fees

Once paid, membership fees cannot be refunded.


2. Events & Workshops

Event registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If ICSA cancels an event, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer the registration to the next event.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 5 to 7 working days through the original mode of payment.


3. Personal Training

Personal training sessions are non-refundable.
Members can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice will be counted as utilized.


4. Trial Classes

Trial class fees, if applicable, are strictly non-refundable, regardless of attendance.


Refund Processing Timeline

In the rare case that a refund is approved (such as for duplicate payments or technical errors), the amount will be processed within 5 to 7 working days through the original mode of payment.
