Introduction


Welcome to Indian Combat Sports Academy (ICSA). By enrolling in our programs, using our website, or participating in our events, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.



Membership & Fees


  • Memberships (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual) must be paid in advance.

  • All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable,

  • Members are responsible for renewing their membership on time to avoid disruption in access.

  • ICSA reserves the right to revise membership pricing and packages at any time.


Training & Conduct


  • Members must follow the instructions of coaches and staff at all times.

  • Discipline, respect, and sportsmanship are expected inside and outside the gym.

  • Misconduct, abusive behavior, or violation of academy rules may lead to suspension or termination of membership without refund.

  • Members are expected to maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate training gear.


Health & Safety


  • Training in combat sports involves physical activity and risk of injury. Members participate at their own risk.

  • A medical fitness certificate may be required for certain programs or competitions.

  • ICSA is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during training or events.

  • Members must immediately report any health condition or injury to the coach.


Events & Competitions


  • Event registrations (seminars, tournaments, workshops) are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • Rules and eligibility criteria for each event will be shared in advance and must be followed strictly.

  • ICSA reserves the right to deny or cancel participation in events in case of misconduct or non-compliance.


Personal Training


  • Personal training packages are separate from memberships and must be booked in advance.

  • Missed sessions without 24 hours’ prior notice will be counted as utilized.

  • Personal training fees are non-refundable.


Liability Waiver


  • By joining ICSA, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with martial arts and fitness training.

  • ICSA, its trainers, and staff are not liable for injuries, loss of personal property, or damages incurred during training, events, or while on academy premises.


Privacy & Data


  • By registering, you consent to ICSA collecting and using your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

  • Data is used only for membership, communication, and event management purposes.


Termination of Membership



ICSA reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership without refund in cases of:

  • Misconduct or violation of rules.

  • Non-payment of fees.

  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of academy services.

Policy Changes


ICSA reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
